Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.

Important Note on Exchanges: To ensure you get the items you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges by mail. If you require a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

1. Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To be accepted, items must:

  • Be in resalable condition (unused and undamaged).

  • Include all original tags and original packaging intact.

  • Be accompanied by an order confirmation or receipt.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following categories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Regulated & Safety: Firearms, ammunition, components, bear/dog spray, and aerosols.

  • Electronics & Media: Electrical parts, software, SD cards, maps, and books.

  • Hygienic/Personal: Swimwear, undergarments, face masks, creams, and items inflated by mouth.

  • Discounted Items: All items purchased at a discount or on sale.


Choose Your Return Method

Option A: Self-Serve Online Returns (Refund Only)

Best for customers returning items via mail.

  1. Submit Request: Log in to your account here using the email address associated with your order. Select the items you wish to return and click "Request Return."

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. Get Instructions: Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to mail your items and how to complete your return, following carrier instructions.
    Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure your Order Number is clearly marked on or inside the package.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Option B: In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Best for local customers in the Kapuskasing area.

  1. Location: Visit us at 177 Mill St., Kapuskasing, ON P5N 3C7.

  2. Exchanges: Unlike mail-in returns, direct exchanges are permitted in-store if the replacement item is in stock.

  3. Immediate Credit: No shipping fees apply, and your refund or exchange can be processed immediately upon inspection.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • We inspect all items thoroughly before packing and shipping. 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs (if shipping is necessary) and send a replacement item or issue a full refund after inspection.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
