IMPORTANT NMC Battery Disclaimer: Read Before Purchase
NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) batteries are designed specifically for portable fishing electronics. These batteries offer a higher energy density, allowing them to pack more power into a smaller, lighter form factor.
Intended Use: Kayaks, Portable Shuttles, Ice Fishing
NMC batteries are NOT intended for permanent on-board or boat installation. ALWAYS remove the battery after use and bring it indoors. Charge ONLYindoors and at temperatures between 32∘F and 80∘F.
If you require a battery for permanent, on-board boat installation, you MUST use a LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery (either 12.8V or 16V). LiFePO4 batteries can be safely charged on board with the proper waterproof marine charger.
All Amped Outdoors NMC batteries must be charged with our supplied 16.8V NMC approved chargers. Using any other charger could cause damage to the battery.
